SubOptic 2023 is an event strictly reserved for trade professionals only.

Only registered attendees are allowed into the halls.

Each badge is valid for one person. Badges are non-transferable. You may be asked by the security personnel to present proof of identification before entering the halls.



How do I get to the venue?

If you are traveling from the airport, you can take a taxi or book a GRAB car from the Airport. Uber is not available in Thailand.

How much are the Conference Passes?

The full four-day conference and exhibition pass costs USD2,500. This gives you access to all conference theatres, the exhibition floor and networking activities.

Does the conference pass include airfare and accommodation?

The ticket does not include travel and accommodation costs. Please make the necessary arrangements. Our official event hotels can be found here . Rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis at the discretion of the respective hotels. 



Do I need to apply for a visa to enter Thailand?

Please visit and check with your local immigration authorities for the latest information. Here is also a list of VISA exempted countries. You can use this Welcome letter from TCEB for your VISA applications.



What documents do I need before I can travel to Thailand? 

Overseas attendees are also strongly advised to check with the local immigration and health authorities for all travel and pandemic protocols.  You can use this  Welcome letter from TCEB  for your VISA applications.



When can I collect my event badge?

Please collect your badge from the registration desk at True Icon Hall, Level 7, IconSiam. Please download the app and click on "My Badge" to retrieve your badge QR code, please present this at the registration desk.

How do I receive my ticket?

Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent directly to your email address. It is advised that you download the event app.

How do I connect with attendees?

You can schedule meetings and connect with attendees of the event using the Event App , powered by Swapcard. More information about the Event App can be found here



What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code for the conference is business attire. Bermudas, shorts, sports sandals, slippers, flip-flops etc are not prohibited.

The dress code for all networking functions is smart casual. The weather in Bangkok is hot and humid. We recommend wearing light clothing.
