Alexis Carbó Meseguer joined ASN in 2018 after 4 years in Nokia Bell Labs. Since then, he worked in the modeling and characterization of subsea systems.
He pioneered the development of an automated technique to reduce the time dedicated to Subsea Open Cable commissioning. In the meantime, he studied the impact of Signal Droop, GAWBS and EEPN on long haul systems transmission performance. He also proposed a new experimental model for considering the impact of the homogeneous and inhomogeneous response of EDFAs.
In 2022 he was recognized as DMTS by Nokia for his outstanding technical contribution to their Network Infrastructure.
