David Coughlan | CEO

David Coughlan is CEO of SubCom, a position he has held since 2018 when he rejoined the business after
serving as its General Manager from 2001 to 2014. As a key stakeholder in the subsea cable industry for
more than 20 years, Mr. Coughlan has led the development and implementation of SubCom’s core strategy,
resulting to the award of multiple global digital infrastructure projects. Mr. Coughlan has also held leadership
positions at Littelfuse, Inc., TE’s Sensor Solutions business, and previously drove acquisition and divestiture
activity at Tyco International.
