Gavin Tully has over 15 years of experience in the undersea telecommunications industry. He currently serves as managing partner at Pioneer Consulting, the full-service submarine fiber optic telecommunications consulting and project management company. Prior to becoming a partner in 2018, Tully served for three years as director of submarine solutions at Pioneer Consulting. He began his career in mechanical engineering of undersea cables at SubCom before transitioning into system engineering and later taking a global sales position for the offshore oil and gas, scientific, and renewables markets. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
