Dr. Lothar Moeller is a research & development engineer with SubCom, where he focuses on nonlinear propagation phenomena and test and measurement technologies relevant to subsea telecommunication systems. Previously, he worked for Bell Labs Research, where he developed novel modulation and equalization techniques for a variety of technology fields including optical fiber transmission, THz communication systems, and SAR measurements for cell phone radiation using MRI. Dr. Moeller received the Dipl. Phys. degree in Physics and Dipl. Ing. Degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich, Switzerland. He is a research professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA.
