Michelle is an active member of the CMS Digital Infrastructure team and is a partner
in the CMS Corporate Transaction group. She has significant experience in advising clients in the
digital infrastructure sector, including on subsea cable matters (including
Marguerite Investment Fund and EllaLink), as well as in advising global clients on
all aspects of large scale complex multi jurisdictional corporate matters including M&A
(both buy and sell side mandates), joint ventures, restructurings and corporate
governance matters. She additionally advises a number of charities and not for profit
organisations.
