Yves Delisle led the first initiatives in the emerging submarine upgrade business for Nortel Networks in 2008.
Since then, he has made significant contributions to the development of the test methodology used over submarine foreign line system to support the growth of Ciena’s upgrade business.
He obtained a Master degree in Science (M.Sc.A.) from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1992 for his work on GaAs based microwave integrated circuits in collaboration with École nationale supérieure des télécommunications de Paris.
